Do you need to prepare a loan package and need guidance in preparing it? If you’d like to present to your lender a more than decent loan package, then this workshop is for you! This training session will be an interactive hands-on workshop to help you understand the fundamentals of preparing for funding.
You will learn what lenders look for on key financial documents including
- your personal financial statement
- debt scheduled
- balance sheet
- cash flow
- forecasts
- ... + other key financial components of a solid loan package.

Cancellation Policy
- Participants whose checks are returned for insufficient funds will be charged a $35 fee.
- Participants who have paid for a class and do not cancel at least 24 hours in advance, will forfeit their entire payment.
- Participants wishing to receive a refund and have canceled in a timely manner will be charged a 10% administrative fee.
