Designed specifically for professionals displaced from federal and private-sector roles, this session will help you channel your existing expertise into a brand-new venture.

Whether you want to launch a freelance gig, build a profitable startup, or found a mission-driven nonprofit, you will learn how to evaluate your ideas and take your first concrete steps. You do not have to build alone. A core focus of this session is community; you will connect deeply with peers to form lasting personal support groups that keep you motivated long after the workshop ends.
