The Business Model Canvas is a tool for developing a repeatable, profitable business model. We will discuss how to use this model to increase profits! This is a very interactive two-part program so please attend BOTH November 8 and 15 (3pm-5pm). This is an in-person event and will not be offered virtually. It will be led by David Hincapie of SBA's Washington Metropolitan Area District Office.
