Dr. Mort is an Engineer, Entrepreneur, Author and Attorney. He started and built a software company without outside funding, ran it profitably, and ultimately sold it for a lot of money. Throughout that lifecycle he learned that business leaders benefit from good advisors only if those advisors add value to what the business leaders already know about their businesses and industries. So he became an attorney and started the law firm Argent Place Law, PLLC to address the legal needs of entrepreneurs. The firm capitalizes on the legal and business experiences of its attorneys to help other entrepreneurs increase their success by identifying and protecting their intellectual property and managing their contractual relationships.
